The LSC nursing admissions process is competitive. It’s a separate process from becoming an LSC student. All nursing program applicants who complete minimum admission requirements by the application deadline will be considered for admission to the nursing program. Meeting minimum admission requirements does not guarantee admission into the nursing program.

After you’ve completed Step 1, apply to the LSC nursing program.

Professional nursing associate of science (A.S.)

Online application for Fall 2021 starts will reopen May 1-20, 2021 to fill the remaining seats in the program. All pre-program requirements must be successfully completed by May 20, 2021. We anticipate notifying each applicant by May 28, 2021 using the email submitted in the online application.

Professional nursing-LPN track associate of science (A.S.)

Online application for Spring 2022 starts will be open September 1-22, 2021. All pre-program requirements must be completed by application closing on September 22, 2021. Applicants will be notified of acceptance status via the email used on the application by October 15, 2021.

Practical nursing diploma

Online application for Fall 2021 starts will reopen May 1-20, 2021 to fill the remaining seats in the program. All pre-program requirements must be successfully completed by the end of the fall semester. We anticipate notifying each applicant by May 28, 2021 using the email submitted in the online application.
